We handle returns on a per case basis with the ultimate goal of keeping our KID's happy. We stand behind the quality of our goods and we want KID's to love the products that we release. We also want to give the best service in the industry. Not only do we want you to be a part of the family through a purchase, we also want you to feel that family love in case of an error.

Super simple, just like making a purchase.
Prior to mail order returns we will inspect the damaged item via pictures and email. Once inspected we will resolve the issue in an expeditious manner.
Returned items must be unused and with a receipt.. All shipping charges for damaged items will be refunded after the item is received and inspected. Any damaged item must be brought to our attention within 10 business days of the delivery date.
Upon receiving an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will exchange the damaged item. Item must have original tags and no signs of being worn.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS BACK TO US:
All returns must be authorized before acceptance.

The1701KIDRenaissance.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; therefore, we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.
